After checking out and your payment has gone through, you will get a Confirmation email with your order summary. Please check your junk/spam folders as sometimes these emails may end up there.
I usually take a few days to process and package orders and ship out batches of shop orders either every week or every two weeks. Please allow 2 weeks to receive a “Fulfilled” email with your tracking number (if an International Order). Again please check your junk/spam folders.

Refunds are not issued for orders that were unable to be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. You will be required to pay an additional postage fee to have your item reshipped if an order is returned to me due to the following reasons:
- a failure to pay customs fees
- an insufficient address provided under your original order at checkout
- sent to an address that is no longer valid
Refunds may be issued for one of the below reasons:
1) You received an incorrect order.
2) You received wrongly shipped items.
3) You received the wrong item in your shipment.
